As a Trade Support Specialist at Gelber, you will have a real opportunity to have a long-term career in Information Technology at a successful trading firm. You will work side by side with other talented individuals as the first line of defense for the firm. This position will be second shift which is from 1.30-10pm central Sunday-Thursday. You will be required to work some holidays, due to when the exchanges open in other countries.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide first and second level support for all Gelber employees
  • Provide primary real-time monitoring and support for all trading software and secondary monitoring for technical infrastructure

What you’ll need:

  • Playing a significant role in design, implementation, and maintenance of proprietary C# trading platform that powers all algorithmic trading at Gelber
  • Bridging the gap and communication between trading and technology and being that technical touchpoint for all of algorithmic trading
